Kash generously shares her journey climbing the corporate ladder all the way to becoming a CEO. She goes on to tell how the role started to take over her life at the cost of those she cared for and the things she had a passion for.
Kash turned the learnings from this experience into her business - Outgrow. The theme of the business is to help small to medium businesses 'outgrow' the limiting systems / processes that are holding them back from growing their firm. She provides the example of an owner who is doing their own accounts, believing it is saving money.
